Who We Are

Resolve unites people who believe that differences, disputes and conflicts may be valuable if our approach towards resolving them will be efficient.

The founders of Resolve are Sophie Tkemaladze and Sopo Chachava. Both of them have been engaged in the development of mediation in Georgia since 2011 and both believe in the mission and values upon which Resolve has been founded. Both, Sophie and Sopo are accredited mediators and presently serve as Governing Board members of the Mediators Association of Georgia. Their joint values and experiences are complemented by their different personalities, individual experiences and special skills.
